Soo,if you'r not from Sweden,simply (maybe not so simply) change you'r manual proxy server.

Use manual proxy 79.99.2.169 and port 80 by follow instructions here on how to use it!
I did it all and i got the bracelet + the perfume ;D
And when using that proxy there is a store. Black Star by Avril Lavigne. ;]
I bought some stuff from there already. CHEAP + NON-SS STUFF that are SO cute ;o
FIRST log into stardoll. THEN change the manual proxy.
When changed go to Clubs,and click on the Black Star club. Join it,then invite a person to the club. (like you'r other account ;o) Then you'r done.
Also,i really reckon you go to the Black Star store. It really has cute clothes :O
